Joaquin Phoenix was chosen – in part – for his name: part of the ritual purpose of the phenomenal Joker movie is to celebrate (subliminally imprint on the world’s sub-conscious) the PHOENIX PROGRAM
The most comprehensive work on this CIA project is Douglas Valentine’s THE PHOENIX PROGRAM.
Here is a brief description of this important work:
“Based on extensive research and in-depth interviews with former participants and observers, Douglas Valentine’s startling exposé blows the lid off of what was possibly the bloodiest and most inhumane covert operation in the CIA’s history.”
The PHOENIX PROGRAM was instituted by the United States government as a psychological terror program against civilians in the Vietnam War. It necessitated creating psychopaths via MK Ultra-style mind-control techniques.
The psychopathy of the PHOENIX PROGRAM – initiated for the Vietnam War – was eventually unleashed on the American public.
It is no coincidence that it was during and after the Vietnam War that the proliferation of serial killers began in the United States. Most all high-profile serial killers are products of the Unites States armed forces.

JOHN WAYNE GACY, The Original Killer Clown
While active in his killing spree John Wayne Gacy received Secret Service security clearance and access to the First Lady of the United States; a benefit most likely resulting from the fact that he was a product of the government’s PHOENIX Program.
The movie Joker pays homage to John Wayne Gacy.
Joaquin Phoenix was chosen because he has the same name as the program that created Gacy and other mass murderers.
Gacy’s MK ULTRA-induced alter-ego was Pogo the clown.
Interesting that his height is 5–9.
Arthur Fleck (Joker’s true identity in Joker) performs at POGO’S; celebration of the demonic killings of “Pogo” John Wayne Gacy.
The most conspicuous allusion to Gacy is Arthur Fleck/Joker’s face-paint design (below, left) which is uniquely and distinctly that of POGO; John Wayne Gacy’s (right) Phoenix Program, MK ULTRA psychopath alter-ego.
Joker isn’t the first cinematic occulted celebration of Gacy/Pogo
A lesser-known movie; CLOWN (2014) used the last name McCOY for its main characters Kent, Meg and JACK McCoy.
The name is an allusion to John Wayne Gacy‘s first victim Timothy JACK McCOY.
John Wayne Gacy attributed some of his killings to an alter-ego named JACK Hanley.
The name “JACK” is commonly used for clowns:
- One of the original names for DC Comics’ Joker is JACK Napier
- The Joker was famously played by JACK Nicholson
- Think of the famous British serial-killer JACK the Ripper
- JACK Schmidt is the lead character killer clown from Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights
And when it comes to Halloween think of River Phoenix‘ death day.
- Which brings up JACK-o-lantern
- JACK-in-the-box is a clown-like figure
The name “Jack” is derived from “JACOB” who is described in the Bible having some characteristics of a trickster.
John Wayne Gacy Murder By Numbers
One of the greatest mainstream confirmations of the use of Gematria by those in power is the poster art for the 2002 movie Muder By Numbers starring Sandra Bullock in which the letter “E” is substituted with a number 3, and the letter “B” is substituted with the number 8.
Literally the only explanation for that is Gematria, where the word “murder” sums to 83 and 38; a code revealed in real-life deaths. Also the name “Sandra Bullock” sums to 83 in Gematria.
A lot of death-related terminology sums to 38 and 83.
Think of the famous serial killer JACK THE RIPPER through the lense of Gematria: 38-83 is coded all over his name.
Also, think of the term “ripper”; R.I.P. – er.
An “occulted” 38 is the number 163, which is the 38th prime number. This number also emerges often in deaths and killings.
187 defines homicide in the California Penal Code
John Wayne Gacy was reported to have been executed on May 10th, 1994; a date with 38 numerology.
The PHOENIX theme is being evoked for its effect on human consciousness via the Joker movie which celebrates Phoenix Program product John Wayne Gacy using an actor named Phoenix.

Gacy was reportedly the cousin of Iowa mob bossTony Accardo.
Tony Accardo was primarily a Chicago crime boss but also active in neighboring Iowa. From the Wikipedia page of Tony Accardo:
Several of Accardo’s family members had careers in the National Football League. His grandson, Eric Kumerow, played linebacker for the Miami Dolphins. Eric’s son Jakecurrently plays wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers. Eric’s sister Cheryl married John Bosa, who played defensive end for the Dolphins. They have two sons, Joey and Nick, who both play as defensive ends (Joey for the Los Angeles Chargers and Nick for the San Francisco 49ers).
