The escape happened on November 6, or 11/6, like 116 (Alpha Genesis=116).
Notice how they compare this to Jumanji, and the film by that name came out in ’95, going with the address of Alpha Genesis being located at building 95 (hello, Jesuits…).

In the TV adaptation the story begins in the year 2043, emphasis on ’43.
