The simulation of a Category 5 with 160 MPH winds hitting Tampa is curious because The Rock grew up in Tampa, and October 9 is 160 days after his birthday (or the 161st day of his age). Again, he played football for the Miami Hurricanes (Miami Hurricanes=161, Football=83).

The 10/9 date has many connections (The Rock=109, Weather=109, Military=109, Tampa Bay Buccaners=109 — they’re the football team for international folks).

As for the term ‘Phoenix,’ it rises from the ashes after destruction.
