This summer the flooding began with Texas on July 4, or 7/4. In Genesis 7:4, God tells Noah that he will flood the earth for 40 days and 40 nights, starting in 7 days (which would be a lot like July 11, or 7/11).

The reason the money was rejected was because it was connected to Covid-19, and people thought that by taking the money, it might require more federal mandates (an understandable assumption). It is falsely being reported that they rejected money for a flood warning system, that was not part of the meeting. People are loosely claiming that the money could have been used for such a system.
