The 10/9 date has many connections (The Rock=109, Weather=109, Military=109, Tampa Bay Buccaners=109 — they’re the football team for international folks).
As for the term ‘Phoenix,’ it rises from the ashes after destruction.

This book was released one day before Hurricane Helene formed on September 25, 2024, the anniversary of JFK’s weather control speech to the United Nations on September 25, 1961. The storm formed 269 days after the author’s birthday, Nicholas Sparks. This is noteworthy because 269 is the 57th prime number (United Nations=57). Keep in mind the book released on 57 date numerology as well (9+24+24=57).
Notice that Nicholas Sparks is 58 years old at the time of this ritual, similar to the last Hurricane Helene that impacted the region in 1958.
