    Different story of being half naked!
    A man who was naked from the waist down ehile driving and hit a 16 year ol in West Philadelphia on6/22/2022 Wednesday night, police said.
    The teen, was dragged 100 feet after he was struck by the Toyota Highlander near the corner of Parrish and 44th streets at 11 p.m. Why the heck was the man half naked and driving???
