It is most likely that it was a staged/fake death, just like most others, especially “George Floyd”. As a former EMT I can assure you that if you can’t breath, you can’t talk. That’s why the international symbol for choking victims is a hand gesture and does not involve talking, which is impossible, if you can’t breath.
That would also explain why no charges were filed: there was no crime/murder; it was fake.
