Otomax might be the reason for Medina Spirit failing her post Kentucky Derby drug test, May 11, 2021 update

Notice the name of the drug, Otomax, and how it equates to 29 and 74, similar to ‘Churchill Downs’, where the Kentucky Derby takes place.

Of course ‘horse’ also equates to 29.
