On the 13th of September, LA picked up their 13th win over the Cowboys. It came thanks to a bogus call by the Zebras on #13 of the Dallas Cowboys for offensive pass interference. And right on cue, the game was decided on the play that left 13 seconds on the clock.
Dallas = 4+1+3+3+1+1 = 13
LA = 12+1 = 13
