Keep in mind Coach K won his first championship in ’91 (Duke, Kansas & UNC were in Final 4)
-That is the year the Soviet Union folded
-Saint Peter’s is the Soviet Union tribute team in 2022
-Saint Peter’s plays UNC (Jordan’s school)
-Jordan won his first championship in ’91
-Jordan won 6 championships
-Coach K is trying to win his 6th championship in ’22 *Duke = 22

I like Coach K to pick his 102 win against UNC and face Villanova in thier 102nd season. Duke is 3-7 against UNC. With a win, Duke becomes 4-7. Coach K born in 47, coaching for 47 years. Villanova can beat Duke and get to 7 Final Fours and 4 champs or 74, the mirror of 47. Good narrative for both sides. But I think Vegas knows that the Masses know its Coach K’s last dance and bet the house on Duke to win. I think Vegas goes the other way with Villanova and yanks the rug underneath Duke.

I tired to put this in the livestream yesterday. In the 1967-1968 season, St. Peter’s upset Duke in the semifinals and the Kansas beat Villanova. Kansas beat St Peter’s in the NIT final. If Kansas and St. Peter’s wins it will be the exact same four time the exact same match ups.
Hey, dayton flyers won that championship vs Kansas. Dayton, Kansas, st. Peter’s, and notre dame was in the finals.
