The Canary Islands were named after Sirius, the dog (canine) star.. Or Anubis, the jackal headed god of the underworld of ancient Egypt until Osiris took over upon his death, leaving Anubis as his assistant.
Note we are also now in the month of the Hunter’s moon.. Artemis and Hecate were known as the goddess of the hunt.. Isis was another name for Artemis. The moon being their goddess Isis/Selene. Their pagan dieties were all interchangeable throughout civilizations.
This is also why they had those emaciated dog stories in the news regarding the volcanoe last week. Dogs were sacrificed to Hecate and full moons are a high ritual time.
I find the whole thing to be some kind of Isis/Anubis ritual.. and probably connecting back to their big Golden Pharaoh parade in Egypt last April and their Osiris ritual in the Suez Canal.
