The SNAP program was created on August 31, 1964, 61 years ago. Come Halloween, the deadline for the government to fund the the program to keep it going into November, will be 61 days after August 31.

October 30 is 60 days after the anniversary *SNAP Program=60

As we know, Washington DC has the 61 connection (Washington DC=61).

61 is the 18th prime number (EBT=18).

And how about the 25-state suit against Donald Trump (Trump=25, it is 2025)?
