The “TRUMP” Emergency Alert at 2:18 PM EST October 4, 2023 (and the one on 10/3/2018) (and the failed conspiracy theories for “graphene oxide” and Covid-19 vaccines)
The Emergency Alert of October 4, 2023 was reported in advance to come at 2:20 PM EST, instead it came at 2:18 PM EST, the same time it was reported to come (and did come) on October 3, 2018. In this case, October 4 leaves 88 days left in the year, and the original broadcast came while Donald John Trump was the POTUS.
We know he is an agent of the Holy Roman Empire, the one that supposedly folded on August 6, 1806, the 218th day of the year.
And as for the time it was supposed to go off at, 2:20 PM EST, notice the following:
Donald John Trump goes with 220. And notice the rest of the list…
And Operation Warp Speed was the Covid-19 vaccine program that Trump says he is the father of.
And ‘graphene oxide’ activation was another thing being associated with the test.

The alert going off ‘two minutes early’ even fits in.
For another, notice how ‘President Donald Trump’ equates with ‘Emergency.’
And for another, notice how today was 112 days after Trump’s birthday.
Keep in mind Trump-Pence was the tickets, and “Trumpets” are the warning in Revelation.

365 – 112 days is 253, the 22nd triangular
Here are a few things I observed just prior to the notification (some of which I pulled from Zach’s first book, amongst other sources)…
10/4 or Ten-4 as a phrase means acknowledge or message received.
The phrase “integrated public alert and warning system” equals 220, like 2:20 PM.
Also this is the day leaving 88 days left in the year.
Some key words and phrases that also equal the number 88 in Gematria are: Trump, judge, gavel, The Republican Party, George Washington, divine emanation, Jewish, God’s Plan, queen, purple, and Mein Kampf.
88 is also the shorthand for the phrase Heil Hitler. H = 8. HH = 88.
In Back to the Future, they always time travel at 88 mph.
Maybe in retrospect we’ll see how some of these words coalesce.
Also, Wednesday is the day of the week named for Mercury inherited from gods of the old Germanic Norse culture – Wōden’s-day (Wōden or Wettin eqv. Mercury).
Mercury takes 88 days to orbit the sun. In classical Roman mythology, Mercury is the messenger of the gods, noted for his speed and swiftness.
In astrology, Mercury represents the principles of communication, mentality, thinking patterns, rationality/reasoning, adaptability, messages and forms of communication such as post, email and telephone, newspapers, journalism and writing, information gathering skills and physical dexterity.
In medicine, Mercury is associated with the nervous system, the brain, the respiratory system, the thyroid and the sense organs.

From Philadelphia, my phone alarm for the FEMA went off at exactly 2:18 pm, not 2:20 pm! I turned my sound off to not hear it. Then the alarm again at 2:30pm . I heard an alarm sound in 1 Liberty Building here too. This was the seventh nationwide EAS test. This test for the “National Broadcasting system is only a test” has been around since the 1960s.
