It isn’t hard to see where the 400,000 number came from, in light of Joe Biden winning the 59th U.S. Presidential Election.
Four Hundred Thousand = 277 (59th prime)
And notice the reference to darkness, yet again, in light of the ongoing “darkest winter” theme.
