Alphonso Smith, former Denver Bronco and Detroit Lion, dead at 40, September 2, 2026

Alphonso Smith is dead just before the season kicks off that will end with Super Bowl 61 (Alphonso Smith=61).

He played for the Detroit Lions (Detroit Lions=61).
