The reason for ‘critically low levels’ emphasis is because it overlaps with ‘Central Valley Project,’ the system put in place in 1933, with updated and agreed to water standards by the state of California since October 30, 1992, the year Agenda 21 was agreed to on June 13, 1992.

Lake Shasta is at 40% of capacity.

And Lake Oroville is at 70% of its normal levels.
Lake Oroville = 56 / 70
Climate Change = 56 / 70

Keep in mind it is 2022, emphasis on ’22. Thus it is a good year to focus on ‘water.’

It’s also a good year for ‘food’ problems.
