My place of birth, Portland, Oregon, known as “RIP City,” is getting the worst of it. It’s getting bulled by big tech in Seattle, just north (and Portland has quite a big tech presence, too). Keep in mind Oregon is the 33rd state (Bill Gates=33). It goes with them blaming Microsoft for it.
