Why?
Because those were the dates with 52 numerology.

8/24/20 = 8+24+20 = 52

The storm made landfall late August 3rd, or 8/3, and it is expected to bring flooding up the east coast on August 4, 2020. We just saw Texas get hit with the hurricane on July 25, 2020, the date with 52 numerology, and recall, on May 7, 2020, we were told to expect more hurricanes than normal, which was a date with 52 numerology.
