The name ‘Pamela Perry’ connects to ‘Nashville’.
And so does the term ‘girlfriend’.
Her name also has perfectly overlap with ‘Freemasonry’, reminding that the Fraternal Order of Police were on the scene prior to the explosion.
As for why they used the date August 21, 2019, it isn’t hard to see.

“The report, dated Aug. 21, 2019, noted that the officers who responded to the call had notified their superiors within the Police Department. Mr. Aaron said that the police had forwarded the incident report and Mr. Warner’s information to the F.B.I., which said on Tuesday that it and the Defense Department found no records on Mr. Warner after receiving a request from the police on Aug. 22.”
This is so typical of these events – hand it over to the FBI and they’ll “take care of it”. Of course they found “no records”. They had to leave this man alone, to be available for his planned job. The FBI probably facilitated him in the act.
