She died a span of 44 days from Mother’s Day, from cancer (Cancer=44, Kill=44, Execution=44).
Interestingly, she died at age 48, because she died the same day as Clive Davis, who died 48 days from Whitney Houston’s birthday anniversary, in light of Whitney Houston having died at age 44.
