Judge invokes Winston Churchill as he declares a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case, September 4, 2026 (and remember the 47-year-old family killing father?)
As the Jesuit-educated judge declared mistrial, he then compared the lone holdout juror to Winston Churchill, the leader who stood against Adolf Hitler in World War II, when other leaders would not.
Notice that Winston Churchill died on January 24, which is the same day in 2023, January 24, that Lindsay Clancy supposedly killed her children.

And as predicted, the trial has ended on the 47th day, going with the killings at 47 Summer St. The judge ended it.
No doubt the trial was a tribute to ‘Tom Clancy,’ born in ’47.
And remember, the buzzing story when this trial began, was the 47-year-old father who killed his family.
