This ruling was seen a win for the pharmaceutical industry, and notice it came on June 13, 2013, the day leaving 201 days in the year. Also interesting, Reuters included a drawing from May 15 of all days, which would become the date of Clade X in 2018, and the date of Operation Warp Speed in 2020.
Keep in mind the (201) area code is home to more pharmaceutical companies than any other area code in the U.S.
