Texas football legend Bob McKay dies the same day as Australia’s NFL game, September 10, 2026

1968 and 1969 champs? 9-1-1 record in 1968? I don’t need to say anything else, do I?… other than George W. Bush loved to pretend to be a Texan…

Bob McKay=72 & 144 (Jesuit Order=72 & 144)
Bob McKay died on September 10, or 10/9, a span of 109 days from his birthday (Robert Charles McKay=109).

He died the day of the game at Melbourne Cricket Ground (Melbourne Cricket Ground=109).

The college football championship is 29 days after his birthday anniversary.

109 & 29 were big numbers in the NFL game played on September 10, tying in with the fact that the 49ers, who prevailed over the Rams, were led by Brock Purdy, who has the same birthday as Bob McKay.

Bob McKay died 137 days before the college football championship, scheduled for January 25, 2027 (Champion=137).

He died on the 137th day of Arch Manning’s age…

You could also say he died 136 days after his birthday, the 16th triangular number (He wears #16).
If Texas faces Notre Dame in the big game, it will be 15 days after Marcus Freeman’s birthday (Texas=15). It would also be the 16th day of his age (a reminder of Joe Montana).
The 1978 de facto championship was Texas vs. Notre Dame…

Joe Montana beat Texas in 1978, the same Joe Montana that played for Notre Dame and the San Francisco 49ers. Once again, this man died the day the 49ers beat the Rams in Australia. Keep in mind that 1978 was 49 years ago.

Of course, Kyren Williams, of Notre Dame, scored first in the 49ers @ Rams game.
Notice Notre Dame won 38-10, going with the ‘gold’ team winning, both in 1978, and in Australia (Gold=38).
Joe Montana is 70 right now… (Gold=38 & 70 — South Bend, Indiana=70).
In Australia, 38-year-old Matt Stafford went down.

Joe Montana won Super Bowl 16, in his #16 jersey… on the 134th anniversary of the Gold Rush (Forty-niners=134).
Keep in mind Bob McKay’s last year in the NFL was 1978, and the 49ers came into yesterday’s game vs. the Rams on 78 wins vs. the Rams in the regular season.

Read more about that ritual in Australia here (Texas=30 & 69, Australia=30 & 69):
You’ll notice the “59” in the 49ers ritualistic win, possibly tying in with Texas winning their opener, 59-7.

Other Notes:
Bob McKay was from Seminole, Texas (FSU Seminole’s blackout in the same week as his death)
Bob McKay was the 21st pick of the 1970 Draft (70 is a theme with the NFL season — Texas Longhorns=70)
Bob McKay played for the New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns
Bob McKay wore #78 with Cleveland *Cleveland=78
-The Rams started in Cleveland
-Rams have “Longhorns”
–Longhorns=50 (San Francisco=50 — SF defeated the Rams the day he died)
